At Gingham & Heels, we want you to love your new outfit, which is why we offer a flexible 30-day return policy for store credit or size exchanges on all full-priced items. Please ensure your garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like a store credit to find something new or a direct exchange for a different size of the same style.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal or drop your parcel at any authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Processing and Credit

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
